"You
were consistent and timely in providing excellent advice in our
purchase...from initial search through bargaining to setting a
reasonable and fair price to the closing of the sale...You were
always there to protect our interests. We
would never hesitate to recommend you to anyone buying or
selling a property."
- Bob & Judy Tamblyn
Sacramento, CA
"His
(Kevin's) information helped us adapt our strategies to the current market
trends
so that we could get an accepted offer relatively fast.Kevin was accessible and responsive through out the
process, and he helped answer questions that we didn't have the
frame of reference to know to ask as first-time homebuyers...We could keep going on and on about how happy we were
with Kevin's real estate services, he really went above and
beyond the call of duty in so many ways."
- Alex & Betsy Mercado
Sacramento
"I
couldn't ask for better customer service. You responded to
all my questions even late into the night. Your knowledge
far exceeded my expectations of what I expected from a real
estate agent. Your knowledge of the whole home buying
process from the loan, to purchasing a house, to close of escrow
made the whole process easy for me."
