Mission
Our mission is helping you achieve the American dream of home ownership and ultimately helping you build wealth through investing in income properties. Since 2003 we have helped clients buy and sell residential real estate in the counties of Sacramento, Placer, Yolo, San Joaquin, Calaveras and Solano. We have extensive experience with listings, purchases, foreclosures / REO’s, estate and short sale transactions.

We take a consultative approach when helping clients, in that we explain market trends, strategies, and processes to help clients make informed decisions and successfully achieve their real estate goals. We have also developed best practices and systems over the years that help ensure that each and every client receives the same high level of service for their real estate buying and selling experiences.
