NAKANO REALTY is owned and operated by Kevin Nobuo Nakano.  Kevin is a graduate of the Sacramento Association of Realtors Real Estate Training Institute.  He also participates in continuing education on a monthly basis to keep informed about current trends and changes in the real estate profession so that he may better serve you.

Kevin graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Sacramento State with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accountancy. After graduation, Kevin worked as an auditor in the Assurance and Advisory Business Services practice of Ernst & Young LLP. He had the opportunity to work on financial statement audits, debt offerings, and initial public offerings (IPO's) for clients in the following industries: Real Estate, Technology, Waste Management, Manufacturing, and Software.  

After leaving public accounting, he entered the real estate industry and has been there ever since, helping a variety of clients through out the greater Sacramento area.  Kevin is a member in good standing of the Sacramento Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
