Kevin
Nakano, a short sale agent and buyer's agent (Realtor),
has served clients' real estate needs since 2003 in the
counties of Sacramento, Placer, San Joaquin, Yolo and
Solano (Sacramento, Roseville, Folsom, Natomas, Elk
Grove, West Sacramento, Woodland, Lodi, Stockton, Davis,
Fairfield areas). He's an experienced short sale
agent, REO agent and buyer's agent. Also, he
maintains the Certified
Distressed Property Expert and the Certified
HAFA Specialist designations. Kevin is committed to providing the highest level of service for

Background
Kevin graduated Magna
Cum Laude
from the Sacramento State with a
bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a
concentration in Accountancy. After graduation, Kevin worked as an auditor in the
Assurance and Advisory Business Services practice of Ernst & Young
LLP. He had the opportunity to work on financial statement
audits, debt offerings, and initial public offerings (IPO's) for clients
in the following industries: Real Estate, Technology, Waste
Management, Manufacturing, and Software.
After leaving
public accounting, he entered the real estate industry and has
been there ever since, helping a variety of clients through out
Northern California. Kevin
is a member in good standing of the Sacramento Association of Realtors,
Lodi Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of
Realtors.
