100% Financing Programs

• Veterans - If you are or were a member of the U.S. military, there is a government loan program that offers you 100% financing.  

• Homes in Rural Areas - If you're purchasing a home in a rural area (for example, specific areas in Wilton, Galt, Dixon, Lockeford, Walnut Grove, etc.), there is a 100% financing loan program.  

Down Payment Assistance Programs

• 3% Down Payment Grant - Possible 99.5% financing.  If you're using an FHA 96.5% financing loan and you meet specific income requirements, you may qualify for a California down payment grant program where you would receive a 3% grant that may be used for your down payment.  So, you would only need a .5% down payment.  Note, grant is subject to availability of funds, first come first serve basis.
