All information submitted will be held strictly confidential.  Completion of all fields is required for successful submission of your scholarship application.

Scholarship will be awarded based on academic performance, level of your involvement in your campus group, and community service.  Our scholarship will be presented at your end of the semester/quarter banquet.

To apply for a scholarship, you must have completed a minimum of one academic year at your university.
