# For Sale Vs Sold - This graph provides trends regarding the number of properties for sale, pending and sold each month. 

Days on Market - This graph provides trends for average number of days (CDOM = Cumulative Days on Market) it takes to sell a property.  It also provides actual sales price as a percentage of original sales price.  For example, if a property was originally listed for $100,000, but it sold for $90,000, then sales price/original list price = 90%.
