• Foreclosed/Bank Owned Properties - We can help you find and purchase homes that have been foreclosed on and now owned by the bank.

• Probate/Estate Sales - If you have a loved one that has passed away and you need a Realtor to work with your probate attorney to help your family sell the property, we can help you!

• Divorce Sales - We understand the sensitive and stressful nature of getting a divorce and we can help you and your significant other sell your home and help both of you find your new homes.  

• You Already Have a Seller/Buyer - We help you (non-related and related parties) to transfer (sell/buy) a property without listing the property for sale on the open market (Multiple Listing Service) by helping you complete the required contracts, disclosures and inspections; as well as managing the escrow process.  We provide these services at a discount because the property does not need to be marketed and sold in the open market.
