Kevin’s mission is helping you achieve the American dream of home ownership and ultimately helping you build wealth through investing in income properties. Since 2003 he has helped clients buy and sell residential real estate in the counties of Sacramento, Placer, Yolo, San Joaquin, Calaveras and Solano. He has extensive experience with listings, purchases, foreclosures / REO’s, estate and short sale transactions. 
Kevin takes a consultative approach when helping clients, in that he explains market  trends, strategies, and processes to help his clients make informed decisions and successfully achieve their real estate goals. He has also developed best practices and systems over the years that help ensure that each and every client receives the same high level of service for their real estate buying and selling experiences.  
He’s a Life member of the SAR Masters Club (Realtor Club of Top Performers) and a member in good standing with the Sacramento Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. 
A little personal background about Kevin, he was born and raised in Sacramento, California. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Business Administration with an Accountancy concentration from Sacramento State. Prior to real estate, he worked for Ernst & Young (global CPA firm) as an Auditor in their Assurance and Advisory Business Services practice where he had the opportunity to work on financial statement audits, initial public offerings, and debt offerings.  When he’s not working, Kevin enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and kids.
