Short Sales Transactions:

Kevin has earned the Certified Distressed Property Expert designation (CDPE) and the Certified HAFA Specialist (CHS) designation. Through his designation, he’s uniquely trained to handle complex short sale transactions. Short sale transactions are more complicated because your bank is involved with approving the short sale, so the listing agent must be experienced with communicating with the bank, packing the short sale package, setting proper expectations for the buyer and buyer’s agent, obtaining the proper short sale terms in the buyer’s offer, etc.
